Your Physio Les Potter at Barrow & District Physiotherapy will carry out an initial Physio assessment to determine the underlying cause of your knee problem.
Then combining a number of treatments to resolve what are often painful and debilitating injuries. Including massage therapy, muscle stretching, mobilisation, manipulation, balance and stability exercises as part of a robust functional rehabilitation programme for strengthening to aid a return to activity or sport.
This will include goals that are short term and long term, tailored to suit you. This will help enable the best recovery possible.
An initial Physio assessment with be carried out to determine the underlying cause of your knee problem. Followed by a gradual and robust rehabilitation program.
